FORMULATION: Each mL contains: Metronidazole 15mg

Indications: Metronidazole is an amoebicide, antiprotozoal, antibacterial and antiparasitic medication use to treat various conditions such as inflammatory bowel disease, nonspecific diarrheal disorders, infections caused by GIARDIA (intestinal parasites) and periodontal disease (infections in the mouth).

Target Species of Animals: Dogs and Cats

Dosage and Administration:

Anaerobes: 15mg per kilogram every 12 hours for 8 days.

Giardia: 12 to 15mg per kilogram every 12 hours for 8 days.

The duration of administration depends on the condition being treated, response to the medication and the development of any adverse effects.
