FOUNDING STORY
Commonly known as HOS, our business venture began from a heartfelt mission to care for rescued cats and dogs, nurturing them as part of our family. Driven by our passion and compassion for animals, we started selling pet supplies online via platforms like Shopee and Facebook to ensure sustainability of our advocacy. With determination and a positive outlook, we grew steadily despite starting with minimal resources.
ACHIEVEMENTS AND MILESTONES
Our commitment to customer satisfaction has enabled us to consistently hold a top position in Shopee’s Pet Care Category. Broadening our reach to Lazada in early 2023 has further solidified our presence in the online marketplace. Likewise, we established our physical store in Valenzuela City in the April 2023, in response to increasing demand and the desire to provide more personalized service to our clientele. This storefront allows us to cater to walk-in customers while continuing to prioritize efficient same-day and personalized deliveries across Metro Manila and nearby areas. Currently, our store boasts a diverse inventory of over 300 esteemed brands of pet supplies, including cat and dog food, treats, accessories, healthcare products, veterinary items, and our own branded line, HOS products.
In 2024, our Lazada store, HOS Pet Supplies, was recognized as the “Rising Star of the Year for Consumer Goods” award at the prestigious Lazada Awards Night. It was a truly proud and fulfilling moment for our team to be recognized alongside some of the country’s most established and well-known brands. This recognition serves as a testament to our commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and our passion for serving the pet-loving community.
