Return and Refund Policy

At House of Sioco Pet Supplies Plus, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below:

Return or Exchange Policy

Items may be eligible for return or exchange within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt, under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging or same condition upon receipt, and with complete accessories (as applicable).
  • There must be no signs of misuse, mishandling, or damage caused by the customer.
  • The product must have been assembled, handled, and maintained according to the manufacturer's guidelines.
  • The proof of purchase or sales receipt shall be presented.

Beyond 30 days, all concerns will be subject to evaluation.

Exclusions and Non-Returnable Items

Please be advised that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange, in accordance with the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394) and for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Intimate items or hygienic products (e.g., pet diapers, grooming tools, bedding, etc.) with signs of usage or no longer in its original packaging
  • Items with damage due to customer misuse, courier mishandling, or incorrect use
  • Returns due to change of mind
  • Price difference found at other stores after purchase

Guidelines in Requesting for Return, Refund or Exchange

  • All return and exchange requests must be made through the physical store or our Facebook page.
  • Provide proof of damage or defect by sending us an unboxing photo and video.
  • Refunds and replacements may take up to 7–14 business days to process, depending on the nature of the concern and the required assessment.
  • We reserve the right to deny requests that do not meet the stated return conditions.
