NUTRI-VET® EAR CLEANSE for Dogs is an antimicrobial, antiseptic cleanser that comes in a soothing aloe vera gel base. It’s scientifically formulated to clean, dry, deodorize, and acidify the ear canal to restore and maintain healthy ears. It is a combination of gentle and effective ingredients that aid in the removal of wax and dirt to facilitate routine ear examinations and maintain otic health, particularly for long-eared breeds prone to ear infections and entrapment of foreign matter. Pleasantly scented, it will not sting or burn. Veterinarians agree that routine examination of ear canals and flaps, especially of long-eared dogs is important for pet health. Some breeds have a genetic tendency to build up ear wax that can impair circulation leading to discomfort and even infection. Weekly flushing with products specifically formulated for ears also help deodorize the canals and surrounding tissue. Wipes provide an easy way to remove surface debris and wax.

KEY COMPONENTS:

• ALOE, the extract of the plant Aloe barbadensis, contains enzymes, proteins and growth factors that work together to reduce inflammation and reduce pain.

• BENZYL ALCOHOL inhibits growth and reproduction of bacteria without killing them and inhibits itching associated with allergic reactions, eczema, fungal infections insect bites, fleas and contact dermatitis.

• SALICYLIC ACID causes the outer layers of the skin in the ear canal to shed more readily, allowing room for new cell growth.

• LACTIC ACID helps eliminate germs, toxins and dead cells within the canal.

DIRECTIONS/APPLICATION:

Shake Well. Apply Ear Cleanse generously into the ear canal. Gently massage the base of the ear for 1-2 minutes. Wipe away the excess. Allow the dog to shake its head to assist in removing any excess wax, dirt and other matter.
